infrastructure is a critical tool for senior management. Awareness
of exactly what technology systems are in place, the condition they
are in, and how they are implemented, configured and utilized are

senior management for the many challenges ahead.
A Technology Assessment is an investigative process
that typically includes three on-site days to for a company with 20
to 50 system users. The goal of the on-site phase of the Technology
Assessment is to physically examine the current status of the company's
computer network infrastructure, software, security, maintenance, training
and utilization.
Prior to an on-visit,
the ACG Assessment team consisting of a Senior Management Consultant and
a Certified Network Engineer will need to become familiar with your
company and it's IT resources. Consequently, the Technology
Assessment begins with a review of the Computer Technology Survey &
Workstation Inventory forms completed by your company's
management staff in conjunction with your company's IT professionals.
During the on-site visit the ACG Assessment team will meet with
company executives, management, employees, and IT professionals in both
group and individual settings. The ACG Assessment team will
also, examine your company's facilities, network hardware and software
configurations as may be required to complete a comprehensive Technology Assessment Report.
The Technology Assessment Report will be
delivered in confidence to company executives for analysis and review
approximately 10 business days after the on-site visit.
